Postage and Returns

Postage

We're based in Belfast, United Kingdom. Meaning all items are dispatched from the UK.

We ship all items with the Royal Mail.
UK orders are sent with their 48 hour Tracked & Signed service.
Europe and the rest of the world are sent with International Tracked & Signed service.
Shipping times for orders outside the UK vary between 1 and 3 weeks depending on where it is going.

If your country does not support tracked & signed, we will send it signed for.
If your item is over 2kg and leaving the UK we will use a service such as Parcel Force.
If your order hits our 'Free Shipping' quota your item will still be sent by the above service. 

We normally dispatch items within 2 working days of it being placed. This does not include the 48 hour time mentioned above.
This means at the very fastest, you should receive your order after 3 or 4 working days.

Returns

Due to the nature of ous being a small business, we do not accept returns unless the product has arrived damaged. All of our products are tested by the manufacturer, and a high standard of quality control is taken place before any product is dispatched.

However, we will also allow items to be shipped back to us to change the size of an item - if there is no item in stock to change to. We will exchange for store credit.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for size changes, you will need to ship back the item at your own cost. And then pay the shipping fee for the new item.

If your item does qualify for a return, please contact us at the below address within 10 working days of the order being dispatched.
