Postage

Import fees

We're based in Belfast, United Kingdom. Meaning all items are dispatched from the UK, however due to the current Northern Ireland Brexit deal we can ship to UK & EU without import charges. 

UK Postage

We ship all UK items with the Royal Mail ( 48 hour service )
This service does not offer tracking to keep the cost down - only once your order deliver has been attempted, will the tracking code show a status.

Europe & USA

We now only offer Fedex Express for European & United States orders.
Transit time depends on country, but ranges from 2 - 7 days.

Rest of the world

We no longer send items via Royal Mail international, due to the slow service & countless missing/returned items.
We now only offer Fedex Express for all international orders.
Transit time depends on country, but ranges from 2 - 7 days.

How fast do we dispatch?

We normally dispatch items within 2 working days of it being placed.
This does not include the shipping time mentioned above.
